Project  Medical Transcriptions Website Technology  SQL Server, ASP, COM, MTS, Crystal Reports Description Internet data entry forms for Admission, Discharge, Update, Client History and various dictionaries. Real-time display of reports by client or medical group: Notifications, Daily Census, Admission Census, Discharge Census, Hospitalized Census. Currently the system is processing 300+ form transactions daily over the Internet.
